The project deals with the design of the new form of the Šedý Vlk resort in the heart of Harrachov, which is to replace the existing hotel building. The above-ground part of the design, divided into 4 abstract masses, combines hotel accommodation and apartments. The ground floor offers civic facilities and serves as an entrance area to the whole complex. The dominant feature of the underground part of the proposal is a large atrium, serving as a bowling alley, wellness and restaurant overlooking the ski slope.

The project is mostly designed as a modular prefabricated wooden building. It aims to be in harmony with the surrounding landscape, which should contribute to the revitalization of the village centre and improve the quality of services for both the local population and visitors to Harrachov.
